GHOST GRADUATION is one of the most original comedies in recent years. Ghosts, high school fun, love and 80’s music all have their place in this production where The Breakfast Club meets The Sixth Sense.

Caldera’s feature film debut, Spanish Movie, was one of the biggest box office hits in Spain in 2009. A graduate of ESCAC (The Film and Audiovisual School of Catalonia), where he specialized in editing, Caldera’s previous directing work includes 2076: Pasado de cartón for Filmax and Televisión Española and the 2001 short Treitum, which won several awards in Spain and abroad. Beyond his broad experience editing feature films, Caldera also has an extensive resumé in music videos (Camela, Amaral, Ojos de Brujo, Macaco) as well as in commercial directing (Playstation 2, Axe, Terra.es, Sunny Delight, Kit-Kat and Foster’s Hollywood), including a spot for Ariel that was an Award Winner at the New York Festivals Advertising Awards and received two Soles awards at the 2008 San Sebastián Advertising Festival.

Modesto is a teacher. Modesto sometimes sees dead people. Not only has this cost him a fortune at the shrink’s, it’s also gotten him fired from every school he’s ever worked at. His luck changes when he lands a job at Monforte where five students have turned the prestigious school into a house of horrors. Modesto is charged with getting all five kids to pass their senior year and to get out of there once and for all.
But it won’t be that easy... they’ve been dead for over twenty years.
